Community Support Assistant

We are looking for motivated and caring people who want to make a career in social care and are passionate about supporting people to live in their own homes.
We will provide a comprehensive induction programme, the All Wales Passport Programme, specialist and on going training. We also provide regular supervision to facilitate good quality care and personal development.
