We have established systems in place to ensure that the care and support you receive meets your needs and reflects best practice at all times. 

We value your opinion and feedback regarding, not only our care staff, but other staff within the organisation and the standard of care provided. 

We carry out spot checks on staff and make regular contact with people who use our service by telephone, face to face and via email or letter depending on your choice of contact methods.

We regularly review our policies procedures to ensure they are up to date and reflect current legislation and government policy.

 

We have quality assurance processes that require us to undertake regular audits of all systems and highlight any deficiencies, that are addressed immediately.  The responsible individual carries out their own audit and is responsible for the preparation of 6 monthly quality of care reports which inform us of where we are getting it right and where we need to improve our service to you.
