We carry out spot checks on staff and make regular contact with people who use our service by telephone, face to face and via email or letter depending on your choice of contact methods.
We constantly review our policies procedures to ensure they are up to date and reflect current legislation and government policy.
We have in place a quality assurance systems that requires us to undertake regular audit of all systems and highlights any deficiency that are acted on immediately. The responsible individual carries out their own audit and is responsible for preparation of 6 monthly reports which informs us of where we are getting it right and where we need to improve our service to you.
